While salary still reigns supreme, equity has muscled its way into the top five preferences. **❗Why this matters.** - The workforce is entering a new era where equity and long-term financial security are taking center stage. - Organizations need to look beyond the traditional salary offer to attract and retain top talent. - This shift is redefining what it means to be an employer of choice in the coming years. 🧮 **By the numbers.** - Attractive salary remains the #1 most desirable trait in employer value propositions. - Equity enters the top five preferences for the first time. - A 2% increase in job changes in the latter half of 2023, and a 3% predicted rise in job changes in the next six months seem to underscore a robust trend toward mobility. - Almost 50% of workers now work remotely at least part-time, up from 42% in 2023. 🤔 **What this means for employers.** For employers, this means adopting fairer pay models and building workplaces where everyone, no matter their background or role, can see a future for themselves.
